JAM SKATE SERIES: ST. LOUIS G-SLIDE & VARIATIONS – JAN. 25TH 6:30-8 PM

Come learn the St. Louis g-slide and variations in this dance skating class. We will start class with a warm up skate and some basic stepping with rhythm. Then, we will break down the g-slide step-by-step and practice it with accompanying music. Lastly, we’ll challenge our knowledge by learning various g-slide variations and practice the call & response group skate that you would normally encounter at the roller rink or a skate party.

This class is all levels welcome, but feeling comfortable standing on your skates and having adequate balance between your two feet will make this class easier. If you are at all interested in dance/jam skating, please join and you are invited to wear your grooviest outfit!
