According to EZCB President William Pfoff, “We’re seeing new investment taking place in the neighborhoods and business districts.  At the Carrie Furnace site, one new building is nearing completion and a second one is planned.  The goal of the EastShore Initiative is ‘Improving Prosperity in the EastShore!’  We look forward to working with our local government partners, private sector representatives and the non-profit groups to transform the area.”
