Winter Hygge Workshop – 3ROC

Cozy up and wind down your weekend with Steel City Spore, Yoga instructor Bianca Serecin, and 3 Rivers Outdoor Co.. We’ve teamed up to bring a very Hygge evening of yin yoga and mushroom tea to the shop after closing time.
What is hygge? A feeling of coziness, well-being and contentment and the spirit of togetherness.
Mushroom Tea Steel City Spore will be providing mushroom tea for this event.
60-Minute Yin Yoga with Bianca. Relax and restore with an hour of slow flow yoga. In yin, we hold poses for several minutes. Bring as many props as you like, suggested props include: block(s), blanket, bolster. Limited props will be available to borrow.
