REMINDER! Street sweeping continues through October 27th. Leaf Collection will begin on November 6th.

The annual leaf collection program will begin the first week of November and will continue through the first week of December weather permitting. Leaves will be
collected following the street sweeping schedule. You do not need to move your cars for leaf collection, but please do not park your cars close to a pile of leaves as
the leaf collection vehicles are rather large and may not be able to get close enough to pick them up.
Leaves must be raked onto the edge of the street by 7:00 a.m. on your collection day. Due to the volume of leaves in the Borough we can only clean each street once a week, so if your leaves are not out when the truck is in your neighborhood they will not be collected until the following week.
All leaf waste is shredded and disposed of at a DEP permitted leaf composting site. Since the leaves are deposited at a leaf composting facility, you cannot place grass clippings, tree branches, other yard waste or trash in your leaf piles. Any contaminated leaf waste will not be collected until all materials other than leaves
are removed.
