Suggested Donation $5 – 10 per person. Start your Saturday morning with an hour of yoga and community at 3ROC! Yoga will be held inside the shop. Kick off your weekend with instructors Arjun, Bianca & Jessica! All abilities are welcomed. This drop in community class has a suggested donation of $5-10 per person to support our instructors.
Enjoy a warm cup of Ohiopyle Coffee Roasters coffee before, during or after practice. Coffee generously donated by Ohiopyle Coffee Roasters!
Practice will start at 8:30am SHARP!
