Battle of the Monongahela Anniversary – BBHC

We are excited to announce that on Saturday, July 8, and Sunday, July 9, 2023, Braddock’s Battlefield History Center will commemorate the 268th anniversary of the Battle of the Monongahela, also known as Braddock’s Defeat. The free event will be held at Braddock’s Battlefield History Center at 609 Sixth Street in North Braddock and will highlight the historic battle and its lasting impact on our region, and the world.
At the commemoration, we will offer complimentary admission to the museum. We will provide children’s arts and crafts activities, 18th-century table games, living history with musket and mortar firing demonstrations, guided walking tours throughout the day, food trucks, and more.
