The Rankin Junior Tamburitzans are proud to present their 63rd Annual Concert on November 18th at 4:00 at the Turtle Creek STEAM Academy. The academy is located at 126 Monroeville Avenue in Turtle Creek. Robert Pollack is the group’s artistic director and choreographer. The group is under the musical direction of Susan Stafura. This will be Sue’s first concert with Rankin. Julie Horgas is RJT’s long time assistant choreographer. The group has two assistant directors—Arianna Ordway and Lacy Brooks. The Rankin Junior Tamburitzans will be celebrating their seniors Nicholas Ditmore and Zoë Painter. Sveti Lovro from Steelton, PA will be joining the Rankin Juniors as their guest performers. The Rankin adult ensemble Ansambl Hrvatski Dom will also perform a few numbers.

A social will immediately follow the concert at the Rankin Croatian Home, located at 236 Fourth Avenue in Rankin. Admission to concert and social is $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12. Radost will provide the music, and the dedicated parents of the Rankin Junior Tamburitzans will provide the delicious food. The kitchen will be serving homemade stuffed cabbage and chicken paprikas dinners. There will be a bake sale for dessert and various raffles throughout the evening. RJT hopes everyone will join them as they celebrate their Eastern European heritage.
