New applicants for Learn & Earn must first create an account using a valid email address and password. Each applicant must have a unique email address. Parents cannot register multiple children using the same email address.
PLEASE NOTE: Only individuals between the ages of 14-21 (or 18-24 if interested in the Corporate Internship program) who live in Allegheny County are able to be eligible for the Summer Learn & Earn program. Youth who reside outside of this area will not be able to take part in the program.

The Learn & Earn Summer Youth Employment Program (Learn & Earn) is designed to provide meaningful work experiences and career exposure to low-income young adults ages 14-24, residing in Allegheny County.
The program provides two opportunities for young people:
The Corporate Internship Program for young adults ages 18-24
