1/8/24: An invitation to physical, mental & emotional health & wellbeing Restorative Yoga. Geared towards healing, in this class we will combine gentle stretches and patterns of movement, focused breath work, guided meditations, and supported restorative/resting postures. No experience necessary. Free and open to all!
