Rankin Borough is looking for a working full time Department of Public Works Supervisor. Candidates must be 18+ years old, have a valid PA driver’s license, HS diploma or GED, pass a drug test and background check. Candidate must have experience in snow-plowing, public works maintenance, park maintenance and stormwater management and the ability to operate a backhoe. Must have good oral, written & interpersonal skills. Must be able to understand and follow instructions, work with others, and effectively remedy problems. Candidate must have the ability to stand, crouch, kneel, climb, balance, twist, bend, push, pull and lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to withstand variations to weather patterns and withstand exposure to various noise levels, chemicals and solvents.
