Excited for a trail connection between Hazelwood and Carrie Furnace? Want to weigh in on the design and features included? The Three Rivers Heritage Trail is expanding and we want to hear from you!
Check out the link for the community survey to weigh in on the future trail connection and consider attending our first Public Meeting for the project. We’ll be introducing the project during Hazelwood Initiative’s monthly meeting on November 14th.
In collaboration with local partners, Friends of the Riverfront has launched a community-driven feasibility study that will identify a preferred trail to connect to the Duck Hollow Trail on both sides, creating a complete connection between Hazelwood and the historic Carrie Blast Furnace property. To be successful, we need your support. Please share your thoughts in the following community survey.
