Rivers Edge Volunteer Fire Department was formed by a merger of Braddock Volunteer Fire Dept #2 and Rankin Volunteer Fire Department. The organization consists of approx 35 members from the Braddock/Rankin area. We operate two stations with 3 Engines, 100 ft Aerial, Rescue, and a River Rescue Boat. We respond to approximately 450 calls per year in Braddock/Rankin and surrounding communities.
