Fairytale Summer Dance Camp Begins – WSCC

Calling all aspiring ballerinas, dashing princes, and fantastical creatures! This summer, the Fairytale Dance Camp promises a whirlwind of creativity, collaboration, and performance perfection.

Become the Star of Your Own Story:

Over the course of the camp week, your child will embark on a magical journey, transforming from eager dancer to fairytale performer. No prior experience is required – this camp welcomes complete beginners and returning dancers alike!

The Dance Adventure Begins:

• Choreography Creation: Each day, campers will participate in crafting their own dance routines inspired by classic fairytales. Think spinning and twirling like Cinderella, leaping high like a brave knight, or swaying gracefully like a mystical fairy!
• Music Magic: We’ll work together to select the perfect tunes to match the fairytale theme and bring their choreography to life.
• Costume & Set Design: Get ready to unleash your inner artist! Campers will design and create their own costumes and decorations, transforming the stage into a fantastical fairytale world.
• Creative Corner: The fun doesn’t stop at dance! We’ll also have engaging games, drawing activities, and movie/cartoon/ballet screenings to fuel their imagination and inspiration.

The Grand Finale:

The week culminates in a spectacular dance recital for parents. This is their chance to shine on stage, showcase their newly acquired skills, and share the unforgettable memories they’ve made with their fellow fairytale dancers.
