Power Up Fitness Fun with Adagio – GVCS

This program will be held at Greater Valley Community Services and is accessible for adults of all ability and experience levels! 45 minutes of interactive learning regarding healthy movement for a lifetime. All physical activity will be accessible to folks at all ability and experience levels.
