Community Picnic at the Swissvale Farmers Market: 1:30pm – 3:30pm, Join us for a picnic to celebrate this year’s event!

It’s almost time! Join us for the Swissvale Edible Garden Tour 2024 on Saturday, July 20! 9AM-1PM Open Gardens
23 stops in gardens all over Swissvale – chat with the gardeners who grow food (and often flowers) of all kinds! Get inspired for your own edible garden!
Pick up a guide at The Swissvale Farmers Market (9-1) or Carnegie Free Library of Swissvale (beginning at 10) during the event
Support local businesses during the event, like
—Parisi Cafe and Italian Market with specials on lavender lattes
—Still Mill Distillery and Tasting Room open from 12-4 with a special corn-y drink
—Swissvale Dari Delite – a tour supporter and sponsor
1:30PM-3:30PM
Community Picnic at Dickson Preparatory Steam Academy 7301 Schoyer
Fun and free food provided, including Triangle Bar and Grill subs, Swissvale Dari Delite ice cream sandwiches, street corn from Mad Mex, and much more!
Feel free to bring food to share, but not required!
Contests and drawing for prizes!

You can still order shirts after today but those ones will be shipped next month – ones ordered before midnight tonight will be shipped to you next week.
The t-shirts, which include short-sleeves, tank-top, and sweatshirt options, feature the 2024 and 2023 flyer designs by local artist Abby Diamond.
