Trimbach Wine Dinner – Mary’s Vine

$135Mary’s Vine Presents “A Celebration of Alsace”. Throughout the evening you will have the opportunity to sample some of the best Alsation wines and a brandy from Trimbach winery paired with thoughtfully crafted cuisine representative of the region. Dinner starts at 6:30 and doors open at 5:45pm on Wednesday, August 30th. Price is $135pp +tax +gratuity.

Food: Fresh watercress salad with fennel, goat cheese, radish, raspberry and a raspberry champagne gastrique
Wine: Trimbach Framboise Kir Royale
Second Course:
Food: Prosciutto wrapped melon with shaved asparagus & charred peaches
Wine: Trimbach Muscat
Third Course:
Food: Raclette with mussels, shrimp, cherry tomatoes, marble potatoes & melted gouda
Wine: Trimbach Gewürztraminer
Fourth Course:
Food: Sockeye salmon with celery root puree, tiny vegetables & tomato jam
Wine: Trimbach Riesling Reserve
Fifth Course:
Food: Filet with wild mushroom risotto, summer vegetables, demi & beet puree
