Classes take you through a series of slow & gentle movements while guiding your attention to the subtle effects of those movements. Using a holistic understanding of the biophysical functional relationships of the whole body & brain, Awareness Through Movement can help you improve your posture, function, health & self-image. Learn to sense & feel your own movement patterns so that you can discover a more comfortable & fully integrated way of moving and functioning.
